CHF Session #11 - Celebrating Madras Week 2022

This session aspired to bring together initiatives led by young professionals in history, heritage, and allied fields in Chennai working towards a common purpose - documenting historical narratives and safeguarding the preservation of all forms of heritage. These initiatives have been steadily fostering varied conversations on material memories, and cultural links, and working in the field of architectural restoration.

Through a panel discussion on various aspects of Madras' history, we shared their fresh perspectives. We also discussed their missions, aspirations, and roles in today's society along with ways in which the community can help take their initiatives forward while interacting with the community stakeholders.
